Presenting the 2014 collection from Lebanese designer Fouad Sarkis.
Now, there are only a few collections that would make us squeal with excitement, and this is definitely one of them. The collection is bursting with different colours to make women feel daring and different as she explores her inner confident self!
According to Fouad – “I thought of women like stars, I designed this collection with a bursting heart and ignited passion.
In Spring and Summer, nature blossoms. I never design to impress; I design to create. My Spring Summer 2014 collection embeds colors that are not so familiar to the eye. I do not want a woman to step inside of my dress and see herself inside. I want her to step in my dress and find a new self inside. I want her to build some motivation, confidence, and self-fulfillment inside my piece. I want her to dare.
The same way nature blossoms at this time of the year, I designed my gowns. My new collection blossoms within a bucket of flowers, colors, and glowing elements in a fresh and sparkling combination.”
Well we don’t need any more convincing, we absolutely love the pieces and everything they represent.

We have fab Ghanaian fashion!
From Ghanaian womenswear fashion designer Sarah Christian, this collection is bringing you creative fashion to inspire your everyday lives. The “Lujo” Collection (which means Luxury in Spanish) is all about the use of colour with gold, silver, yellow and purple.
The pieces, made with African fabrics, give off a sexy and feminine feel that enhances the female body. We like how staple everyday pieces were created with an African vibe.
Check out the collection and let us know what you think.
The pieces from the collection are made from hand picked fabrics including raw silk embellished by the House of Marie team. According to the label’s creative head, Joan Ibuza, the collection was created around the brands ethos of accentuating the confidence and unique beauty of every woman.
The collection include dresses with asymmetrical lines and ankara detail, trousers, jackets, boubous with feather details and head wraps.
